R-SHUTTLE

R-Shuttle is an unmanned electric cargo shuttle with a total weight mass of up to 3.5 tons (LCV). It is designed for the b2b and b2c transportation of goods, within and between cities, including last-mile delivery.
The shuttle will significantly reduce delivery costs by reducing fuel costs and wages since there is no human driver. This will also reduce production costs.
We have developed a project and a prototype of R-shuttle, the autonomous electric cargo van. We have tested the engine, steering, additional interaction systems, localization, planning and control modules.

ENGINE AND BATTERY

Two lithium-ion batteries are used as energy sources LiFePO4 which provides more than 2000 charge-discharge cycles. It gives a minimum mileage of 820 thousand kilometers on one pair of batteries.
A permanent magnet electric motor with the power of 80kW is used for shuttle motion. The engine torque is 152 Nm.
